  • Calls and texts received on off/closed days will be returned during business hours.​

  • *Appointments needed on Closed days or before/after hours are considered an Emergency and will incur a fee of $30.

  • A nonrefundable deposit of $20 is required when scheduling and will be credited to your service total.

  • The remaining balance will be paid at appointment by CASH APP or ZELLE, preferably.

  • No cash, checks or credit cards will be accepted at this time.

  • Prebooking in studio for next appointment(s) is only $10.

  • You can transfer deposit ONE time to rescheduled appointment within 2 weeks. After 2- week period, a new appointment & deposit will be required.

  • **All deposits and services are nonrefundable & nontransferable to other people.

  • **NO CHILDREN OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED.

  • NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • ALL HAIR SERVICES INCLUDE SHAMPOO + CONDITIONING.

 

  • If you are coming out of braids, twists outs, etc., please comb out and detangle your hair before appointment to save time at the bowl. A $20 fee to comb out and detangle will added to your total if you prefer for it to be done at time of appointment.

 

  • Appointments for accepting NEW children are CLOSED indefinitely.

  • I have a medium sized dog. If you are afraid, nervous or allergic, please let me know as soon as possible so proper arrangements can be made.

  • New clients, exact address will be given in a timely manner prior to your appointment. No worries.

  • I do travel up to an hour of drive time for $50.

 

  •  Out of state travel will require you to provide transportation and hotel accommodations (if needed).

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Your paid deposit will then serve as the cancellation fee.

  • You can do so online. If you have any questions, please contact me.

  • There is no late fee at this time, however, if you will be more than 15-20 minutes late you may need to reschedule if our schedules permit. Lateness can cause subsequent appointments to be delayed.
